Programming your subconscious mind
Every thought that reached your conscious mind, gets transferred to your sub conscious mind for filling. These thoughts gets deep into your subconscious mind And your conscious mind draws on it for all the decisions you make. This is done automatically often without effort or deliberation. So its very important to program our subconscious mind. The favorite saying is “You become what you think most of the time”. The subconscious mind is like a magnet. It attracts anything you think about. So what you think about most of the time decides your future.
The subconscious mind cannot differentiate between positive and negative thoughts. It only helps you to attract what you think about most of the time. So never ever think about anything negative.
When I say programming, we need to train our subconscious mind on a regular basis. This is like going to gym on a regular basis. Can you be build muscles by working-out in the gym on a monthly/weekly basis, “NO”. It has to be done regularly. Similarly train our subconscious mind doesn’t mean listening to seminar once a while or reading books once a while or doing anything irregular will never fetch you the desired results. The simple techniques can be used is auto suggestions or self affirmation.
The perfect time to program your mind is when you are in “alpha” state. Alpha is a state of deep relaxation, the state you feel right before you drop off to sleep. When you get in a deep meditative state, you are in alpha cycle. Now if you haven’t been trained in a meditation let me give you a way to get into deep meditative state, you are in alpha cycle. Now if you haven’t been trained in a way to get into deep meditative state.
1. Get into a relax position(usually sitting down with your kegs crossed or in a chair)
2. Close your eyes and begin breathing deeply.
3. Breath in through your nose, exhale out your mouth.
4. Slow steady deep breaths
5. Begin counting backwards from 50 with each exhalation.
6. Clear your mind from outside thoughts and just concentrate on the number.
7. By the time you reach, you will be in deep Alpha state.
8. You can start programming your subconscious mind & your affirmation should be in present tense like “I earn Rs 1 lakh “
a. You can decide your target which you think is achievable. Don’t exaggerate. If you are earning 10K, increase into 30-40 K and start increasing after reaching the target step by step.
b. “I can close any person for SkyQuestCom”
c. “My team size is increasing daily by 30%.”
d.” I own my________(your dream) car by_____(date)”
e. “I own my dream home”
f. “I am hale and healthy and perfectly fit & fine”
g. “I am more confident now”
h. “I can speak to anyone about SkyQuestCom”
Note: When you use the positive affirmation you need to feel the fulfill of achievement. for example, “you say a car”, you need to see the colour of car, model and see yourself driving the car with your family member and feel the happiness of owning it. The Key is” your feeling” of achievement.
Once if you have completed all the things you want to program then say something like the following
I am going to count backwards from 5 to 1. When I reach 1 , I returned to be awake, alert state, refreshed and ready for a great day.
Doing this on a daily basis in the morning & in the evening can get your results faster. This is the powerful programming technique.
