Business Vs Job

Why people fail in business?

Many people are fed up with the job and planned to start their own business with lot of fire during initial days. But later on, they become lazy and forgot their main purpose of quitting the job. Either in job or business, discipline is very very important(self discipline). We are the best judge for ourselves. In job, you are instructed or ordered to do some task for which you are paid. But when it comes to business nobody orders or instructs you.
It is we ourselves need to check ourselves
what is that I want to achieve this month ?
what is that I want to achieve this week ?
what is that I want to achieve this day?
what is that I want to achieve now?

And end of the day, check what have you done and what is incomplete.
Find out the ways of improving your performance.
Check yourself.
Are you improving in your Skills, Performance, Knowledge, Financial status and so on.
If you are not improving, check on the ways to improve.
Find a better person and consult with him/her and ask for help if needed.
There are always people to help us.
See your goals on daily basis and see, how far are you to achieve it.
Never get distracted or out of focus from your goals.
Eat, drink and sleep with your goals.
You are the best judge for yourselves.
